Counsel Toni Malminen Appointed as Professor of Practice at the University of Eastern Finland

Counsel Toni Malminen has been appointed as Professor of Practice in Competition Law and Legal Advocacy at the University of Eastern Finland. Toni Malminen is a graduate of Yale Law School (LL.M.) and the University of Helsinki (LL.D.), and he regularly lectures and publishes articles in the fields of EU law, competition and public procurement law, comparative law, legal history, and jurisprudence. Toni has vast experience in competition and public procurement law, and he has represented clients in proceedings before the national competition authorities and courts as well as the European Commission.
