New Partners and Specialist Partner at Hannes Snellman

Capital markets and public M&A expert Anniina Järvinen, employment specialist Jenny Lundberg, and finance expert Carolina Wahlby are promoted to partners at Hannes Snellman as of 1 January 2023. Experienced financing transaction expert Maria Orrgard is appointed as specialist partner as of 1 January 2023.

Anniina Järvinen specialises in capital markets transactions and other transactions involving listed companies as well as corporate governance related matters. She has extensive experience in advising clients in equity and debt capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary share issues and bond issues, tender offers, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Jenny Lundberg advises domestic and international clients in a broad scope of matters related to employment law. She has a special expertise in managing large restructurings, union negotiations, as well as management contracts and terminations thereof. Jenny is also highly experienced in transactional work, such as advising clients on employment issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
Maria Orrgard focuses on financing transactions and restructurings. She has experience of a wide range of finance-related work, such as leveraged finance, corporate lending, capital markets, and securitisations.
Carolina Wahlby advises clients on all types of financing transactions with a particular focus on bank lending, acquisition financing, and the financing of public offers. Carolina also specialises in restructuring situations advising lenders and other stakeholders in restructurings and other insolvency situations.
