New Appointment at Hannes Snellman | Matias Moberg Nominated Partner (Elect)

Hannes Snellman is pleased to announce that Matias Moberg has been nominated Partner (Elect) and to join the partnership as of 1 January 2025. The appointment further strengthens Hannes Snellman’s market-leading Finance practice.

Matias Moberg (LL.M., Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Finance)), specialises in both financial regulation and financing transactions, including bank lending, M&A and real estate acquisition financing, debt offerings, as well as restructuring and refinancing processes. He joined Hannes Snellman in 2012 and the Finance practice in 2016.
