Hannes Snellman Continues to Strengthen Its Finance Team – Laura Kotilainen Joins Hannes Snellman as Senior Associate

Laura Kotilainen has joined Hannes Snellman’s Finance team as a senior associate. Laura specialises in financing transactions with particular focus on bank lending, acquisition financing, real estate and project financing. In addition, Laura advises clients on questions relating to general corporate, contract and commercial law, and she has been involved in restructuring assignments and the preparation of security enforcement procedures. Previously, Laura worked for another law firm in Helsinki for eight years, and she has gained substantial experience on development finance during her two-year secondment at Finnfund.
