Financial Regulatory Specialist Sanna Boow Joins Hannes Snellman as Counsel

Funds Management and Financial Services Regulation Specialist Sanna Boow joins Hannes Snellman as counsel in the firm’s Finance Team.
Sanna Boow specialises in funds management, financial services regulation, and securities law, advising banks, assets managers, and corporates on issues within the financial services sector. Previously, Sanna has been working for Chapman Tripp in their Auckland office, where she advised on a full range of legislation affecting financial service providers, with particular expertise in investment funds, financial markets, and insurance. Sanna has also worked as a senior in-house counsel at Société Générale Private Banking in London and gained experience as an associate in the asset management team at an international law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright in London, where she advised clients on the establishment of retail investment funds and hedge funds and assisted in both corporate and investment fund IPOs.
