Experienced Private Equity and Venture Capital Lawyer Henri Ruotsalainen Joins Hannes Snellman as Counsel

Henri Ruotsalainen, an experienced transactional lawyer, has joined Hannes Snellman as counsel. Henri has more than a decade of experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, particularly in fund formation.

Henri has a strong track record in advising both GPs and LPs in fund formation and fund investments, secondary transactions, and other fund-related transactions. His experience covers funds with various investment strategies, including private equity, venture capital, private debt, infrastructure, and real estate as well as funds of funds and feeder fund structures. Henri also has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory aspects of the private fund and investment management industry.

In addition to fund-related matters, Henri regularly advises clients on venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, he gained experience in another law firm.
