Josefina Aalto, an experienced banking and finance lawyer, joins Hannes Snellman as counsel.

Josefina Aalto’s practice focuses on acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, renewable energy finance, sustainable finance, and green lending. Josefina has strong track record of working in complex national and cross-border financing transactions.

Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Josefina had worked in leading local and global private practices as well as in academic world.
