Asset Management Expert Essi Svartling Has Joined Hannes Snellman as Counsel

Essi Svartling has joined Hannes Snellman’s Real Assets Team as a counsel.

Essi will assume the lead in the firm’s Legal Asset Management Services. Hannes Snellman’s Legal Asset Management Team provides business-driven legal support with designated lawyer contact to the clients’ asset management teams, leasing teams, as well as transactions and project development teams. Essi’s practice focuses on advising leading real estate investors and managers, supporting and advising the asset management teams, leasing teams, as well as transactions, post-transactional workstreams and project development teams. She advises clients on all real estate matters with a business-minded approach in order to help them reach the best possible outcome in large projects and in day-to-day business.

Essi has an extensive background in real estate business. Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, she worked as a legal counsel in a major global real estate investment and asset management company liaising with global investors. She has also gained experience at another large Finnish law firm, where her practice focused on real estate transactions.
