Appointments at Hannes Snellman | Anna-Maria Tamminen elected as Managing Partner; Antti Kuha as Chair of the Board

The partners of Hannes Snellman have elected Anna-Maria Tamminen as the new Managing Partner and Antti Kuha as the new Chair of the Board.

Anna-Maria will commence in her new role in April 2025. Riikka Rannikko, who has been the managing partner since 2019, will continue to focus on private and public M&A, ECM, governance and compliance matters.

Anna-Maria Tamminen joined Hannes Snellman in 2011, became a partner in 2018 and Chair of the Board in 2024. She specialises in dispute resolution, with focus on complex, international disputes. She currently represents parties in mediations, national and international arbitrations, investigations, as well as administrative and civil litigations both in Finland and Sweden. She also heads the firm’s sanctions practise. Following her appointment, Anna-Maria will step down from the Board. She will continue her normal client practice, in line with Hannes Snellman’s principle of all partners actively engaging in client work.

Antti Kuha will commence as the Chair of the Board as of 1 January 2025. The other members of the Board of Directors are Matti Lajunen, Antti Nyberg, Sonja Siggberg and Heikki Vesikansa.
