Vilhelm Schröder’s Article on Provisional Measures in Trade Secret Disputes in Edilex

Counsel Vilhelm Schröder has written an article on the provisional measures available for trade secret holders in civil proceedings in Finland. There are effective tools available, but one needs to be diligent when considering what to claim and on which legal grounds.

Vilhelm advises clients in commercial disputes with a particular focus on intellectual property matters. He has significant experience from both civil and administrative litigation as well as preliminary injunction proceedings and enforcement. He also has a doctoral degree from the University of Helsinki, and his dissertation addressed trade secrets in European patent litigation.
