Managing Partner Riikka Rannikko's Interview in Kauppalehti

Riikka Rannikko, Managing Partner at Hannes Snellman and a key member of our Corpotate and M&A Team, was recently interviewed by Kauppalehti to reflect on her thoughts on law firm leadership.

In the interview, Riikka discusses three significant trends shaping the careers of lawyers today:

1. The re-emergence of generalists in addition to specialists with deep expertise in narrow fields of law.
2. The evolving career paths of lawyers, marked by a decline in long-term employment at a single firm and an increase in job mobility and international experiences through education or work. The emphasis is on leveraging individual strengths and personal career aspirations.
