Klaus Ilmonen’s New Research on the Politics of Corporate Governance in the EU

Hannes Snellman’s Partner Klaus Ilmonen, who is also a professor of practice at the Hanken School of Economics, has published a new article investigating the politics of corporate governance in the EU. In his article published in the latest edition of Defensor Legis, Ilmonen argues that the role of the corporation in society is evolving and that the legitimacy of the corporate enterprise has become an increasingly important aspect of business affecting the way in which corporations interact with their stakeholders and society at large.
