Johanna Wärnberg Interviewed by the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce

Specialist Partner Johanna Wärnberg from our Private M&A Team was interviewed by the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce. In the interview, Johanna discusses the market for acquisitions and mergers between Finland and Sweden, which has begun to pick up speed after a slower period due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Johanna will also be one of the speakers at the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce’s webinar about the growth opportunities for Finnish companies in the Swedish market. The webinar will be held on 25 March 2021. In the webinar, Johanna will be sharing insights relating to corporate acquisitions carried out in Sweden.
