Johan Aalto's Interview in Advokaatti Magazine

Partner Johan Aalto was interviewed by Advokaatti magazine on his work chairing the Finnish Bar Association’s working group, preparing a proposal as to changes to the regulation of law firms in Finland. Among many other things, the working group has discussed whether other members of the staff, e.g. an IT expert, can be partner in a law firm, whether an attorney-at-law can work part-time or as a freelancer in a network and the means to ensure the quality of services rendered by attorneys. In the article, Johan and other members of the working group describe the key proposals presented in their report.
