Jenny Lundberg from Hannes Snellman's Employment Practice has written an article entitled ‘Konkurrensklausuler – "A Triangle of Sadness"’ (Non-Competition Clauses – "A Triangle of Sadness"), recently published in Lag & Avtal, Sweden’s largest newspaper on employment law-related matters.
