Ina Rautiainen and Anna-Maria Tamminen's Article in Kluwer Arbitration

Associate Ina Rautiainen and Partner Anna-Maria Tamminen from our Dispute Resolution Team have written an article which was recently published in the Kluwer Arbitration blog. In the article, Ina and Anna-Maria discuss case no. S20/1069 of the Court of Appeal of Turku, where it was assessed whether the legal issues related to the enforcement of an arbitral award before the court of first instance were so unclear that parties A, B, C, and D of the case had had a justifiable reason to oppose the enforcement of the award and that they should, thus, be discharged from the liability to pay the opposing party’s legal costs.
