The second season of Hannes Snellman's video series Legal Trends by Hannes focuses on different aspects of competition law.

The first episode is hosted by our experienced competition and regulatory law specialist, Managing Associate Jenni Heurlin. In this episode, Jenni speaks about vertical rules in competition highlighting concrete case examples. The episode focuses on rules for information exchange in dual distribution scenarios as well on agency agreements, both being situations that are often encountered in practice and for which recent guidance from the European Commission is available.
