13 December 2024
We are thrilled to announce that Hannes Snellman's video series, Legal Trends by Hannes — Competition Law Clinic, continues with new episodes. The video series, first released earlier in 2024, addresses some of the most topical issues in the field of competition law and is hosted by Hannes Snellman's competition law experts Partner Mikko Huimala, Counsel Päivi Tammilehto, Managing Associate Jenni Heurlin, and Senior Associate Helena Lamminen.
The fourth episode is hosted by our experienced competition and regulatory law specialist, Senior Associate Helena Lamminen, and Senior Associate Eeva Tiainen, who is particularly experienced in public procurement. In this episode, Helena and Eeva discuss joint bidding from the perspectives of both public procurement and competition law. Helena and Eeva highlight, among other things, aspects that both the contracting entity and companies considering participation should take into account in an individual tendering competition. They also present various options for companies to collaborate in tendering competitions and factors to consider if contemplating a bidding consortium with a competing company.
