Toni Malminen Nominated as Editor-in-Chief of Defensor Legis

Toni Malminen, Counsel, LL.D., who works in Hannes Snellman's Competition and Procurement Practice, has been nominated as editor-in-chief of Defensor Legis, a law journal published by the Finnish Bar Association, as of 1 October 2021.

Toni advises clients on competition law issues with a particular focus on merger control. He has represented clients in proceedings before various national competition authorities and courts as well as the European Commission. He also teaches and publishes in the fields of EU law, competition and public procurement law, comparative law, legal history, and jurisprudence.
