In the interview, Sonja emphasises the need to start the IPO preparations early to carry out the IPO process efficiently and effectively. She also reminds that resource constraints are one of the most common challenges during an IPO wherefore it is important that companies assign dedicated cross-functional project teams including financial, legal, and communications advisors, who can handle the specific demands of the IPO while allowing other teams to focus on their core responsibilities.
