Outi Jousi Re-elected as President of the Finnish Public Procurement Association

Counsel Outi Jousi, who heads Hannes Snellman's Public Procurement Practice in Helsinki, has been re-elected as the president of the Finnish Public Procurement Association.

Outi has vast experience in matters relating to public procurement and technology. She offers strategic advice and assists both contracting authorities and companies in negotiations, market surveys, tendering competitions, contract amendments, Market Court proceedings, compliance analysis, M&A-related public procurement questions, and contractual disputes.

The Finnish Public Procurement Association promotes legal and interdisciplinary research related to public procurement, professional development, the sharing of best practices, and the promotion of public procurement, and it acts as a liaison between those interested in public procurement.
