Mika Pohjonen Publishes New Book "Guide to Tender Procedures on Public Construction Procurement"

Specialist Partner Mika Pohjonen has published a new book titled 'Guide to Tender Procedures on Public Construction Procurement' (in Finnish Hankintalaki ja tilaajavastuulaki rakentamisessa - opas tilaajalle ja tarjoajalle).

Mika's previous publications in the fields of public procurement and competition law include e.g. Public Contracts Law and Contract Terms (2012, co-author Elise Pekkala), Guide to Tender Procedures on Public Construction Procurement (2013), Guide to Tender Procedures on Public Life Cycle Projects (2006) and Legal Practice Concerning Public Procurement (2002).
