Legal Update | Proposed Revisions of the Bankruptcy Act – Environmental Liabilities in Bankruptcy

On 16 April 2018, the Finnish Ministry of Justice published a memorandum prepared by the Bankruptcy Work Group (in Finnish: “konkurssityöryhmä”), which proposes revision of certain provisions and some new provisions to the Bankruptcy Act. The revision aims to simplify and accelerate Finnish bankruptcy proceedings.
