Tax Event for Students in Collaboration with University of Helsinki and the Association of Finnish Tax Professionals

Harri Vehviläinen, Stefan Stellato, Isabella Kartila, and Tanja Leimala, of our Tax Team, organised a tax event for students on Wednesday 21 October.

The event was part of a tax course organised by the University of Helsinki and the Association of Finnish Tax Professionals. The theme of the event was whether Finland’s tax law and related practice of not assimilating a foreign fund to a Finnish tax-exempt fund depending on the foreign fund’s corporate form was in line with the EU fundamental freedoms.
