Sarita Schröder and Ina Rautiainen as Speakers at IPR University Center’s Seminar

Sarita Schröder and Ina Rautiainen will be speaking at IPR University Center’s seminar on 21 November 2019. Sarita will discuss IPR disputes and how to prepare for them in the company’s IPR strategy, and Ina will discuss the topic of litigation funding and alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Sarita specialises in intellectual property, marketing, and consumer law, with a particular focus on litigation and other contentious matters in these fields. She has represented clients in a number of notable disputes involving claims of trademark, trade dress, and copyright infringement, misappropriation of goodwill, as well as false and misleading advertising.

Ina advises clients on various commercial disputes and assists in advocating commercial cases before arbitral tribunals and state courts.
