Pontus Ewerlöf Speaking at “Force Majeure and State Action: Lessons from the Rolimpex Case and Beyond” Event

Partner Pontus Ewerlöf from Hannes Snellman's Dispute Resolution Team will be speaking at an event entitled “Force Majeure and State Action: Lessons from the Rolimpex Case and Beyond” in Hamburg on 27 March 2023.

At the event,  the famous Rolimpex case will be used as a basis for discussion, and the speakers will examine how various courts and arbitral tribunals have dealt with state action and force majeure clauses in similar cases.
