Mikko Heinonen Speaking at Alma Talent's Seminar

Hannes Snellman's Senior Partner Mikko Heinonen, whose practice focuses on various forms of corporate transactions, finance advisory, and securities regulation, will be speaking at Alma Talent's seminar on board work and responsibility on Thursday 1 December 2022. The seminar is organised by the Association of Finnish Lawyers.

Mikko will be giving an overview of the duties and responsibilities of board members and chief executive officers. He will be speaking about the principles of equality and duty of care in different situations, board work as a process, distinctive qualities of a listed company and some other related international issues, and company management during crises to mention but a few.
