Mikko Heinonen and Markus Manninen as Speakers in Alma Talent’s Seminar

Partner Mikko Heinonen and Specialist Partner Markus Manninen will be speaking at Alma Talent’s seminar on 21 November 2019. Mikko Heinonen will chair the seminar, in addition to which he will discuss topics related to the duties, obligations, and responsibilities of a board member and a CEO. Markus Manninen will discuss companies’ responsibility towards shareholders and investors, and the responsibility of other parties.

The seminar is organised by Alma Talent, and the topics will focus on questions related to board work, board responsibility, and indemnities.
