Matti Tyynysniemi Speaking at Alma Talent's Construction Contracts Training Seminar

Managing Associate Matti Tyynysniemi from Hannes Snellman's Dispute Resolution Practice will be one of the speakers at the second part of Alma Talent's training seminar series on the YSE General Conditions for Construction Contracts (YSE2: Urakoitsijan virhevastuu ja lisä- ja muutostyöt), organised on 4 May 2023.

The topics Matti will discuss cover liabilities of the parties in construction contracts and also additional and modification works. Additions and modifications are a key feature of construct contracts, and they are often prone to conflicts.

Matti has particular experience in construction, engineering, industrial, and project delivery disputes. In addition to negotiating settlements and advocating cases in front of arbitral tribunals and state courts, Matti’s work also involves dispute avoidance in various forms.
