Lasse Riski Speaking at Alma Talent's Seminar on ICT Agreements

Lasse Riski, who works as a specialist partner in Hannes Snellman's IP & Technology Team, will be one of the speakers at Alma Talent's seminar on ICT agreements (ICT-sopimukset I – ICT sopimukset käytännössä). The training seminar takes place in Helsinki on 2 November 2023 and is organised by the Association of Finnish Lawyers. Lasse’s topic in the seminar will be corporate restructuring with a focus on the due diligence of ICT agreements.

Lasse advises clients with commercial and technology contracts, IT outsourcing, and software and intellectual property rights licensing. In addition, he is experienced in tech-related M&A transactions and has experience as a contract negotiator of complex domestic and international transactions.
