Klaus Ilmonen Speaking at Helsinki Geoeconomics Week 2024 on 15 August

Partner Klaus Ilmonen will be participating in a panel discussion on economic lawfare at Helsinki Geoeconomics Week on Thursday 15 August. The panel will delve into the use of legal authority and regulatory frameworks to achieve political goals, highlighting key cases where such strategies have been used. Klaus Ilmonen practices in public company M&A, corporate advisory, and capital markets. He is also a professor of practice at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.

Following the panel discussion, Hannes Snellman will be hosting a lunch for the participants of the event.
