Katja Perätalo as Speaker at Finnish Bar Association's Construction Law Seminar

Counsel Katja Perätalo, who works in Hannes Snellman's Real Assets Team, will be speaking in a construction law training seminar organised by the Finnish Bar Association on 23 September. The event is the first part of a training series focusing on the substantive regulation and code of conduct of construction disputes. 

In her part, Katja will be speaking about liabilities falling on the interface of tort and contract law between the parties of a construction project. She has previously publicly defended her doctoral dissertation on the same topic.
