Josefina Aalto and Valerie Wårvik's Training on Financing Agreements

Counsel Josefina Aalto and Senior Associate Valerie Wårvik from Hannes Snellman's Finance Team will be speaking about financing agreements in a training seminar organised by the Finnish Bar Association on 5 October 2023.

In the hybrid seminar, Josefina and Valerie will be covering the basics of financing arrangements. Topics to be discussed include, among other things, the main sources of funding available for companies contemplating an acquisition and some of the most common financing agreement types in financing arrangements of companies. The seminar is targeted especially at lawyers in the early stages of their career and anyone interested in learning the basics of financing agreements.
