Specialist Partner Jan Lilius, Head of our Insolvency Practice, chaired a virtual panel discussion at INSOL Europe’s virtual COVID Coffee Break.

Jan was joined by Tuomas Hupli, Chairman of FILA, Helena Kontkanen, Finnish Bankruptcy Ombudsman, and Pekka Jaatinen, Senior Advisor at Castrén & Snellman. The panel discussion focused on the implications of the COVID-19 crisis on Finnish insolvency professionals and the expected implementation of certain provisions of the Preventive Restructuring Directive.
