Heikki Vesikansa and Joakim Frände Speaking at Alma Talent's Verorikospäivä Seminar

Our tax experts Partner Heikki Vesikansa and Counsel Joakim Frände will be participating in Alma Talent's Verorikospäivä, a seminar focusing on the latest developments in tax and criminal procedures relating to suspected tax crimes, on 18 March. The seminar will be held in Finnish.

The seminar will be chaired by Heikki Vesikansa, while Joakim Frände will be discussing the topic of risky behaviour from a tax perspective. Joakim will also cover topics such as unawareness and lack of knowledge and situations where they can result in tax fraud prosecution. Additionally, Joakim will be discussing the basics of the taxation process, including requests for clarification and tax audits. Other speakers include representatives from the Finnish Tax Administration and the Prosecution District and criminal procedure attorneys and judges from the Administrative Court and the Supreme Court.
