In the webinar, our experts will be covering various aspects related to successful corporate restructuring. The covered areas include, among other things, the most effective means of restructuring, the benefits of the new early-stage restructuring from the creditors’ and debtor’s point of view, and the aspects of labour law that should be taken into account when preparing for and during a company restructuring. In addition, the speakers will discuss how the legal amendments, effective as of summer 2023, will affect the debtor's ability to terminate contracts.
