Emmi Kantola at AIJA Winter Seminar 2024

Senior Associate Emmi Kantola from our M&A Practice will be attending the Corporate and M&A and Insolvency Winter Seminar, organised by AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers). The seminar takes place in Alpe d'Huez, France between 21-24 January 2024.

Emmi advises domestic and international clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions and in particular private equity and venture capital transactions. Emmi also offers general corporate, commercial, and contract law advice.
