Counsel Vilhelm Schröder Speaking at the Annual Meeting of the Law Society of Finland on 10 December 2024

Counsel Vilhelm Schröder from Hannes Snellman’s IP & Tech Team will be speaking at the annual meeting of the Law Society of Finland (Juridiska Föreningen i Finland r.f., Suomen lainopillinen yhdistys ry) on 10 December 2024. Vilhelm will be giving a presentation on the protection of trade secrets in litigation.

The Law Society of Finland was founded in 1862, making it the oldest law association in Finland. It organises regular discussion meetings, publishes and supports legal literature in Swedish, and seeks in other ways to promote the knowledge of jurisprudence.

Vilhelm advises clients in commercial disputes with a particular focus on intellectual property matters. He has a doctoral degree in law from the University of Helsinki, and his doctoral dissertation addressed trade secrets in European patent litigation. He is a regular speaker at seminars and has published several articles in prominent international legal journals.
