Counsel Vilhelm Schröder at EPLAW Congress and General Assembly

Counsel Vilhelm Schröder from Hannes Snellman’s IP & Tech Team will be attending the European Patent Lawyers Association’s (EPLAW) Congress and General Assembly in Brussels on 29 November 2024.

EPLAW brings together experienced patent litigation lawyers in the European community with the aim of promoting the equitable and efficacious handling of patent disputes across Europe. EPLAW actively participated in the development of proposals for a new pan-European patent court system, and some of its members were involved in preparing the draft Rules of Procedure for the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Vilhelm advises clients in commercial disputes with a particular focus on intellectual property matters. He has litigated before the Market Court, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, and the Unified Patent Court.
