Business Brunch Series: What Do the Latest Amendments to Contract Law Mean For Your Company? (in St. Petersburg)

We at Hannes Snellman would like to invite you to attend the next sessions of our business brunch series devoted to the changes that may affect your company due to recent amendments to the Russian Civil Code. We will discuss some of the new concepts introduced, including indemnities, representations, framework contracts, option agreements, independent guarantees, and security deposits, and will also discuss other new provisions.

This event will be held in three different sessions:

In English:

- The event in English will be held on May 14 and is designed to provide a high-level review of the most important changes for managers and directors.

In Russian:

The event in Russian will be a two-part series and is designed for in-house counsel and other specialists familiar with the Russian legal system and contract law:

- April 23 – Changes to the Performance of Obligations and Securities

- May 21 – Changes in Liability for Breaches and to Contract Law

All sessions will begin at 9:30 a.m. (registration will begin at 9:10 a.m.) at Hannes Snellman’s St. Petersburg office at 62 Nevsky Pr. Separate sessions will be held in Moscow, please let us know if you are interested in attending in Moscow.

After a short presentation, you will be invited to discuss the topic and ask questions.
