Business Brunch Series: New Opportunitites and Risks Working with Contracts in Russia

As reforms to the Civil Code continue, it is important to consider the court practice, which has developed from the recent changes.

During the business brunch, we look to discuss how courts have interpreted recent changes to the Civil Code. We will talk about risks that organizations may face when working with commercial contracts and the opportunities that have arisen from the changes, considering court practice and clarifications from the Supreme Court.

We would like to invite general directors, corporate lawyers, any specialists who work with contracts, and anyone else who is interested in the topic to attend the business brunch.
