Business Brunch Series: Invalid Transactions and Recent Applicable Practice

During the Busines Brunch, we will discuss recent reforms to the Russian Civil Code, specifically on invalid transactions as well as relevant court practice on the application of the reforms. In addition, we will examine tactics helpful in challenging transactions, which have been ruled invalid and preventative measures against a future judgment of invalidity.
