Anniina Järvinen Speaking at a Training by the Finnish Foundation for Share Promotion
13 November 2024
Partner Anniina Järvinen will be speaking at a training aimed at potential IPO companies organised by the Finnish Foundation for Share Promotion on 14 November on the topic of prospectus preparation.
Anniina has extensive experience in the field of initial public offerings and other transactions involving preparation of a prospectus, and she will be discussing, inter alia, the following viewpoints:
- The preparation of a prospectus is an essential part of an IPO and requires significant efforts from both the company’s management and its advisors.
- The prospectus codifies the company’s equity story, describes its business and financial performance, and discloses risks that are relevant for the company’s operations.
- Careful preparation is essential as the prospectus involves liability to the company and forms the basis for investors’ investment decisions, but also as it sets the basis for the company’s future investor communications.
Anniina specialises in capital markets transactions and other transactions involving listed companies as well as corporate governance, disclosure and ESG related matters. Her practice includes a number of equity and debt capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary share issues and bond issues, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
The Finnish Foundation for Share Promotion is a non-profit expert organisation that promotes opportunities to invest in shares, accumulate wealth, and influence society as an owner.
