Anniina Järvinen Speaking at 9th Annual Corporate Governance Conference in Frankfurt

Partner Anniina Järvinen will be speaking at the 9th Annual Corporate Governance Conference in Frankfurt on 5 December. Anniina will be one of the panellists discussing the topic of “Unpacking the CSDDD”, which will explore what has been agreed under the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and what this means for businesses, also reflecting on lessons learned from supply chain diligence regimes on the European continent and the extraterritorial scope of the CSDDD.

The conference is presented by the IBA Capital Markets Forum and the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee, and it will take place on 4–5 December 2024 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Anniina specialises in capital markets transactions and other transactions involving listed companies as well as corporate governance, disclosure, and ESG related matters. She regularly advises companies in equity and debt capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary share issues and bond issues, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
