Greetings from Alumni—Autumn 2024 Highlights

In our Greetings from Alumni series, we catch up with our former employees approximately once a month. In the latter part of 2024, we were greeted by four alumni: Janne Joukas, Head of Legal at Hitachi Energy Finland; Heidi Nissilä, Paralegal at Fortum Oyj; Sari Ek-Petroff, HR Director at Enento Group; and Kerstin Westman, who retired from Hannes Snellman in 2011. This time, not only did we hear where their paths have taken them once they left Hannes Snellman, but in the spirit of our co-operation with the Päätös podcast (‘decision’ in English), we also got to hear what our alumni consider the best decision they have made in terms of their career.
