When did you start working at Hannes Snellman?
I joined Hannes Snellman in January 2019.
What is included in a “normal” working day?
One of my main responsibilities is to coordinate internal sales processes. I gather and analyse both internal and external information, coordinate our pitching workflow, and draft documents responding to requests for proposals. I work together with our lawyers from all of our practice groups and from both of our offices.
Can you describe your working group?
The Client Relations team operates as a cross-border team. Thus, I closely work with colleagues from both Helsinki and Stockholm.
What do you like about your job and what do you wish could be improved?
The best things in my job are, on hectic days, also the most demanding ones. I appreciate the daily challenges related to our client projects and enjoy the results-driven atmosphere and attitude at the office.
Can you describe the Hannes Snellman culture?
The culture at Hannes Snellman is characterised by a high-quality approach and personal engagement among the employees. The ambitions of the firm are high, but the atmosphere is nevertheless casual and initiatives from all employees are welcome.
