Appointments at Hannes Snellman Helsinki | Senior Partner, Board of Directors, Business Area Heads & Senior Advisers

Several new appointments have been made at Hannes Snellman Helsinki effective as of 1 April 2024 following the completion of the legal separation of the Helsinki and Stockholm offices.

Tapio Teräkivi acts as Senior Partner.

Anna-Maria Tamminen (Chair), Antti Kuha, Matti Lajunen, and Heikki Vesikansa form the Board of Directors.

Maria Landtman acts as Head of the Real Assets Team. Maria joined Hannes Snellman in 2017, and she specialises in complex projects particularly within the energy, infrastructure, and commodities sectors.

Antti Nyberg acts as Head of the Finance Team. Antti joined Hannes Snellman in 2011, and he specialises in all types of financing transactions with a particular focus on bank lending, acquisition financing, derivative instruments, real estate and project financing, securitisation, and structured financing.

Juha Lindström continues his practise as Senior Adviser in the Real Assets Team. Juha specialises in real estate transactions, including sale and lease back transactions and acquisitions and divestment of separate properties as well as property portfolios.

Henrik Mattson continues his practise as Senior Adviser in the Finance Team. Henrik’s practice encompasses the entire credit spectrum of domestic as well as cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on bank lending, acquisition financing, real estate and project financing, leasing and asset financing, debt capital markets, securitisation, derivatives, structured financing, and regulatory issues in the financial sector.
