Our Energy Team is experienced in significant and large-scale energy projects, transactions, and strategic regulatory advice. The team includes lawyers with in-depth expertise in energy law and regulation and market-leading know-how in contractual practices related to energy investment projects, project financing, and energy transactions.   

We have assisted clients in some of the largest energy projects and transactions in our home markets across renewable and conventional energy sectors including onshore and offshore wind power, solar PV, energy storage, LNG, heat and steam supply, nuclear power, hydrogen, and e-fuels, as well as significant energy infrastructure and distribution arrangements. During the past years, we have also witnessed an increasing importance of climate and emissions-related matters from a legal perspective. Our clients in the energy sector represent stakeholders such as utilities, project sponsors and developers, system operators, international infrastructure funds, lenders, contractors, and public bodies.
