We advise international and domestic defence companies and government agencies in strategic M&A projects, including government-to-government contracting, procurement (Finland and NATO, among others), corporate advice, and compliance matters. Our team offers expert legal and strategic advice in all defence industry matters, with particular experience in regulatory processes related to foreign direct investment and dual-use products and in cyber-security and data protection issues. We also have a large pool of lawyers with security clearances, facilitating rapid engagement in all matters. Our references include, for instance, representing the Finnish Government in a project to acquire a new fighter aircraft system for the Finnish Air Force.
