Trainee Programmes

As Office Support Trainee your job will be to take care of practical matters involved with the daily “running” of the office, e.g. post-room, delivering mail and shipments, ordering office products, copying and filling stocks, helping with catering and organizing events. We value service-mindedness, strong commitment and eagerness to learn. Our Office Support programme usually runs three times a year, starting in May, September and October. All periods are fixed-term and the work is part-time during semester to accommodate your studies and exams. We consider each candidate individually and the working hours will always be agreed on separately. An ideal candidate is a first or second year law student. You can get to know to the head of our Office Support Team Kai Liimatainen here.

As an Evening Receptionist your job will be to take care of our reception and switchboard. In practice this means telephone communication, welcoming guests, organising meetings and taking care of travel arrangements. In this position we value service-mindedness, problem-solving skills, good judgement skills as well as ability to take initiative. All periods are fixed-term and the work is part-time, two or three evenings per week. Working hours are mainly from 15.15 to 19.00. An ideal candidate is a first or second year law student. You can get to know to the head of the Reception Team Sanna Kaunisto here.

KM trainees support the firm’s Knowledge Management Team. Their tasks include managing the library collections, following news and case law, conducting information searches for our lawyers, compiling research materials, etc. This position requires precision and a basic knowledge of law. An ideal KM trainee candidate would be a third- or fourth-year law student.

KM trainees work part-time: typically 2-3 days per week during semester, more during the initial orientation period, and generally full-time for most of the summer. The duration of the employment and working hours will always be agreed on separately, and we also offer the possibility to take a vacation during the summer period. However, the preferred duration of the traineeship is 12 months.

Our KM trainee programmes usually start in January, May, and September and last for a year. Throughout the year, we usually have six KM trainees.
